郊區(qū)一所中學(xué)的校長(zhǎng)在供職多年后終于卸任，雄心勃勃的副校長(zhǎng)尼爾·甘比（丹尼·麥克布耐德 Danny McBride 飾）和李·拉塞爾（沃爾頓·戈金斯 Walton Goggins 飾）都盯著空下來(lái)的校長(zhǎng)寶座，卻遭遇空降的新對(duì)手貝林達(dá)·布朗博士（金博利·赫伯特·格雷戈里 Kimberly Hebert Gregory 飾）。勢(shì)同水火的兩人暫時(shí)擱置齟齬勾結(jié)成盟，只為不惜一切手段整垮外人。
