《法律與秩序：特殊受害》，于1999年開始播出，是首播于1990年的美國(guó)電視史上播映時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)犯罪劇集《法律與秩序》的三部姐妹劇之一。其它兩部分別是2001年開播的《法律與秩序：犯罪傾向》(Law & Order: Criminal meijubar.net Intent)，和2005年《法律與秩序：陪審團(tuán)》(Law and Order: Trial By Jury) 。
被殘忍殺害的年輕女子、被虐的嬰兒、被近親性侵害的女童、家暴陰影下手足無措的婦女、失調(diào)扭曲的家庭關(guān)系、很想用心，但每每力有未迨的父母、杵在社會(huì)家庭人際邊緣、人性的灰色地帶。SVU每回總是觸動(dòng)那塊讓人無從防備的柔軟地帶。
